How to Upload Document to Access Florida
Uploading documents on the FLORIDA my admission account?
so my married woman and i just finished up our interview call and since we are expecting, we, i guess, are approved for it(?) nil was told that we couldnt. all the same, while she was finishing she told us to upload our paystubs in social club to continue. we go to our myaccess site to not discover it. is in that location a mode to upload documents on the florida access account? we were searching and proceed getting results out of state.

Yes, y'all can upload photos on the myaccess account.
On the "my benefits" homepage, click the red link that says "upload and view my documents" then click the ruddy "add" push,input information, upload document, then press add once more. Make sure yous hit save once you are washed.

Yep hitting save afterwards it shows its uploaded is critical took me awhile to catch that every bit one might assume its uploaded successfully good to go and assume save is merely save progress to stop later on

On the benefits page there is absolutely no link for me? The website doesn't even piece of work for me one-half the fourth dimension unfortunately.

I'thousand also having this same issue there is absolutely no where that says to upload any kind of document it just shows applications and gives information most your example nothing about upload I don't know why they brand this stuff so hard to practice when it could all be so simple why tell u.s. it's a way to do it without giving links walking people through it we already have to be on concord for over an hour (me right at present) they really need to update everything to be simple

After existence on hold for about 2 i/two hours I finally spoke to someone (and so from what I was told) I chosen the number asked them to explicate how to upload the documents they had to reset my data because apparently I wasn't logged in in awhile (idk either) just once I input the data I was told from the adult female I spoke to I got in an was instructed to reset my password subsequently doing that it kicked me out to login again with the new countersign and finally once I logged in it took me to a whole new screen that immune me to not only see my info but upload my documents so my advice is as long as the hold is just call and wait the entire time til someone answers and ask them the same thing how to upload documents because this wasn't explained to me the first fourth dimension plus I was at work but this fourth dimension the woman was so dainty and I was able to get everything fixed and uploaded

I figured this out with a snap rep. You take to login with your original username and countersign that you used for your very first case submission. The new claim that yous file with a dissimilar username and password is not going to take you to your business relationship, it is going to only permit you to run across you claim status and needed action, that is why there is no upload button. Your original business relationship has the option where yous upload documents ect. I was on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes to detect that out. If you lot don't know your OG username and Password you need to call the snap assistance help line (not the card line) and ask them to tell you your username and they will reset your password with a temp one after you answer your security questions. Update your temp password with a new one and wahlah. Upload your stuff

I'k having this same result and have not been able to get through to anyone on the helpline for help with this.
I tried resetting my countersign, but that didn't piece of work. Anyone have any insight on anything else that helped solve the trouble?
